East India Co., Bengal Army. William Cooper & Thomas Du Gard are party to agreement as Trustees for Jones & Phillips (all of Shrewsbury), respectively. Various interests in the properties were held upon Trust for the benefit of Jones, and on the instructions of Jones and Phillips, these were transferred to Trustees acting for Phillips. William Hazledine (Shrewsbury) & Thomas Lloyd (Leamington, Warwicks.) – Trustees for Jones, Charles Bowen Teece, Nathaniel Betton & William Hams (all Shrewsbury) – Trustees for Phillips.
